Rules & Regulations

  1. Once admitted to the school Admission Fee, Tuition Fee and other fees will not be refunded.
  2. All school fees must be paid in advance within 15th day of every month, failing which a late fee of Rs. 20 per month will be levied.
  3. Students whose fees have not been paid for 3 consecutive months (without prior permission from the Principal) may be barred from attending classes and sitting for the Unit Test / Terminal Examination.
  4. Photocopies of Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Minority), Aadhaar Card and Transfer Certificate (if applicable) of the students must be submitted at the time of admission.
  5. Tuition Fee covers 12 calendar months. No reduction / concession is made for holidays or broken periods. Tuition Fees for the months of March and October must be paid in advance in the months of February and September respectively due to holidays.
  6. Students must arrive at school before the final bell for morning assembly is rung; otherwise they will not be allowed to attend classes (Except during Unit Test / Terminal Examination). Students must wear proper school uniform.
  7. Students will not be allowed to sit for Unit Test / Terminal Examination having arrear school fees.
  8. Students who are irregular in attendance, disobedient, do not pay their school fees in time and whose conduct is detrimental to the high moral stature of the school may be asked to leave the school.
  9. There is no provision for Re-Examination in case of Unit Test and Terminal Exam.
  10. Holiday Calendar & Examination Calendar are subject to alteration if necessary.
  11. Guardians (Nursery to IV) must produce Guardian’s Identity Card while receiving their children from school gate.
  12. Guardians are requested to receive their children 30 minutes after the school gets over, beyond which the school does not take any responsibility.
  13. Guardians are requested to communicate any change of their residential address and contact number (particularly mobile numbers) to the office immediately.
  14. The school is not responsible for goods lost. Students are responsible for the safe custody of books and belongings which must be marked clearly with their names.
  15. The students are advised not to bring valuable articles (watch, mobile phone, camera, transistor etc.) or wear jewellery.
  16. The students are not allowed to come to school driving motorcycles.
  17. Any damage to school property will be remedied at the cost of the student who is responsible for the damage.
  18. Guardians are not allowed to meet their children or teachers during class hours.
  19. Regarding promotion and detention of the students the decision of the Principal is final and binding on all.
